Happy 2026! We're hiring again at SISU!

Last year, my best and most interesting candidates came from a simple LinkedIn post about what skills we're looking for. So let's do that again, because JDs can be so limiting and only filter for a narrow set of backgrounds.

SISU is a narrative consultancy. We work with high-growth startups and VCs on unique storytelling and distribution strategies across content, PR, media training, presentation coaching, speaking opps, events/community, and more.

🌟 You're a born storyteller. I do not care how this skill has manifested in your past roles — journalist, founder, VC, consulting, marketing, etc. I've seen great storytellers across fields. But you should be able to tell me how meaningful narrative work has driven results for your company or clients.
🌟 You have held leadership positions before and you're comfortable managing. You take the reins in ambiguity. You always have a POV.
🌟 You love trying new things. You want a role that you help define, not a role that someone defines for you.
🌟 You work fast.
🌟 No task is too small.
