The RoleΒ
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to help grow Blomma's presence across their brand socials including Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok. This is a part-time junior role: Ideal for someone who lives on social, has a sharp eye for social trends, swift editing skills and gets excited about creating content that actually means something.Β
You'll be hands-on from day one: scheduling and publishing content, editing content and copy, and helping shape how Blomma shows up in the world. You'll work closely with the founder and report directly into the content and brand function of the team.Β
What You'll DoΒ
β Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Threads (and other channels as we grow)Β
β Build assets and edit video + copy to align with Blommaβs tone of voice
β Support strategy on original short-form content for social, drawing on themes of career growth, leadership, and professional developmentΒ
β Maintain a content calendar and keep publishing on scheduleΒ
β Monitor engagement and flag what's resonating (and what's not)Β
β Assist with light influencer and creator coordination as the program scales
β Repurpose long-form content (newsletters, event recaps) into social-friendly formatsΒ
What We're Looking ForΒ
β 1β3 years of experience in social media, content, or a related role (internships count)
β Strong editing instincts β you can edit video content, tighten up copy and make it land harderΒ
β Deep understanding of varying platforms; you can discuss what performs and why
β Comfort with content calendars, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
β An eye for voice consistency; you'll pick up Blomma's tone quickly and protect it
β Self-directed and reliable: you hit deadlines without being chased
β Genuine interest in career development, coaching, or the future of work is a big plusΒ
Nice to HaveΒ
β Experience working for a start up brand or founder with a distinct voice
β Familiarity with Substack or email newsletter formattingΒ
β Basic Canva or design skills for resizing/adapting assetsΒ
β Experience supporting community or event-based contentΒ

β Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week, daily availability requiredΒ
