3) Able to work European hours (9 AM–6 PM CET)
4) Solid Canva, Figma, and AI skills for media creation
5) LinkedIn/X/Newsletter post ghostwriting experience
6) A self-driven, reliable, structured and learning mindset
7) Strong work ethic, consistency, and willingness to learn
8) Ability to handle both social media management and content creation
