This is content creation AND community management.

What we need from you

• You live and breathe content. You know how to build a scroll-stopping grid, a hook that holds, and a community that actually talks back.
• You're based in (or deeply plugged into) London, the Nordics, West Africa, or South Africa, and you get the culture, language, and rhythm of one of these markets.
• You can create AND manage. This isn't a "post and ghost" role; we want people who show up in the comments too.
• You're a Canva whizz, comfortable pulling together a data dashboard, and thrive working across a cross-functional team.
