SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Hue is the community-powered media company at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community. As the voice of the rising majority, we unite marketing leaders, entrepreneurs, and operators across Fortune 500 companies, unicorn tech startups, media companies, and top advertising agencies.

The work is built around a simple belief: community is how we go further, faster. Fahad Khawaja β€” founder, keynote speaker, and community builder β€” is the voice that carries that belief publicly. Our content lives across the In Community with Fahad Khawaja podcast, Wellth editorial brand, and live events. This role exists to take that content and amplify it β€” extracting, reshaping, and distributing it in ways that are scroll-stopping and drive real follower and subscriber growth across Fahad's channels and Hue's brand presence, so the message lands with the people it was built for. The personal channels are the priority. The company channels support and extend them.

This is a role for someone who already knows how to do the job.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Repurpose content across newsletters and editorial into high-performing social posts, carousels, and short-form copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Clip, caption, and format video content from the podcast and other sources for distribution across all channels
  • Build and maintain a fully scheduled content calendar, planned well in advance, with no gaps
  • Create all static graphics, carousels, and visual assets required for each post
  • Use platform analytics to identify what's resonating, surface effective content themes and formats, and bring data-informed recommendations
  • Collaborate on content ideation β€” using performance data to help shape what gets made more of and in what format
  • Own follower and subscriber growth as the primary metric β€” everything you do should be in service of building the audience
  • Monitor performance and adjust without being asked

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 2–4 years of social media management experience, ideally supporting a personal brand, media company, or creator
  • Proven track record of growing audiences β€” you should be able to show your numbers
  • YouTube native β€” you understand the platform, know how to clip and optimize video, and can drive views and subscribers
  • Strong design eye and hands-on proficiency with Adobe Express or equivalent β€” you create the assets, you don't wait for someone else
  • LinkedIn-fluent β€” you understand what performs there and know how to adapt and extend content for the platform without losing its original intent
  • Comfortable working with AI tools in content workflow β€” you should be able to work alongside it, not around it
  • Analytically minded β€” you read the data, draw conclusions, and bring recommendations
  • Highly organized and self-directed β€” the calendar is always built, assets are always ready, nothing slips
  • Executes without friction and supports point of view with data
  • Experience using scheduling tools

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working with or for a podcast, newsletter, or media brand
  • Familiarity with the marketing, advertising, or creator economy space
  • Basic video editing skills beyond clipping β€” transitions, captions, formatting for Reels and Shorts
