Social Media and Content Creator

Creator Leaders is making its first ever hire! Over the last year we've been building Creator Leaders, working with ridiculously incredible people: creators with millions of followers, the people behind some of the biggest channels and brands on the internet, and founders building very cool stuff. There's just one small problem: for a company called Creator Leaders, we are embarrassingly bad at creating enough content about any of it. So we need help.

I'm looking for my first full-time hire to work alongside me on all things content and social. I need someone who can help me figure out what we should be making, pick up a camera and film it, turn it into great content, edit it, post it, and eventually know our socials so well that I don't need to be involved in every tiny decision. And if you're very good at it, I would love for this person to eventually own content and socials at Creator Leaders.

We're still a small team, which means this is probably not the job for someone who wants every Tuesday to look exactly like the Tuesday before. Some days you might be editing, some days you'll be filming at an event, sometimes we'll decide at short notice that there's something happening in London that we absolutely need to be at. There will probably be travel, there will definitely be weird hours occasionally, and there will be a lot of access to people and conversations that most people interested in the creator economy would kill to be around.

You need to live in London and be happy working together in person at least three times a week, but more importantly I need someone who is curious, flexible, very online, and cares about content as much as I do.

I don't care much about your CV. Show me what you've made, or show me that you understand the internet. And if you don't have years of experience but you're hungry to learn, I'm willing to bet on you!

Creator Leaders is growing very quickly and I have no idea how big this role could become, but that's kind of the exciting part.
