We’re hiring the Rick Rubins of content marketing at ScaledOps.
The official job title is Social Copywriter, but it’s not your typical copywriter job.
Our agents hunt for interesting ideas from a variety of sources: research, call transcripts, internal Slack channels, code bases, voice memos, and generate strong first drafts. Your job is to be exceptional at the final 10%: selecting, polishing, and adding the personality touches.
It's how we're thinking about the future of work more broadly: agents do high-volume, low-leverage work, while humans bring judgment and taste.
Content marketing is the first vertical we're proving it in, giving founders and marketers cheaper, frictionless content operations.
If you have good taste and enjoy making social content, this role is for you.
Open to contract, part-time, or full-time.
Apply below or shoot me (Daniel O'Shea) a DM!

We're building the best content engine on the internet, and we're hiring AI-native writers with great taste, regardless of background or experience.
We make it easy for businesses to collect content ideas from any source you can imagine: transcripts, research, podcasts, events, messages; our product turns them into rough drafts.
Your job is to take those drafts and turn then into content that will perform. That could include research, feedback, prompting, creative brainstorming, and copyediting depending on the project.
Good taste is the most important skill. You must be able to read a draft and know immediately if it's trash, and what's missing to make it great - then you'll make it great.
