OVERVIEW
Movement Strategy is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Content & Engagement Manager to support content development, publishing, and community engagement within a Pod. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day social content execution, support audience engagement strategy, maintain brand voice consistency, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive social programs. This role supports a brand pod that requires regular collaboration with Spanish-speaking artists, partners, and stakeholders.
Reporting to a Senior Content & Engagement Manager or Associate Director of C&E, you bring strong platform instincts, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for social culture. You will support content planning, calendar execution, real-time engagement, and publishing workflows that drive brand relevance and performance.

SALARY & COMPENSATION
In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy’s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held. Movement Strategy prides itself on providing competitive salaries and actively works to ensure there is pay equity across the company.
Pay Range: $75k - 85k salary per year
