We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, resourceful, and high-agency.
That means:
You do what you say you’ll do.

When something breaks, you don’t panic or point fingers, you figure it out.
You don’t wait for permission to think.
This role is for SEOs who:
Think in business outcomes, not just rankings and traffic
Can translate SEO work into revenue, pipeline, and strategic impact
Are comfortable leading clients, including difficult or ambiguous moments
Use process as a tool, not a crutch
Treat client work like it’s their own business
What this role is not:
Not entry level
Not a task-only execution role
Not for people who need constant direction
Not for “tell me exactly what to do and I’ll do it” SEOs
You’ll be owning SEO strategy for B2B SaaS companies, running QBRs, shaping AI-first SEO approaches, and making judgment calls when there isn’t a perfect playbook.
