✓ Years of experience generating real results
✓ Case studies of your work to back it up
✓ Experience with Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, etc.
✓ Someone who can manage 10+ clients
✓ Someone who's massively organized
✓ Strong ability to make content briefs
✓ Someone who is great at deadlines
✓ Able to work 20-40 hours weekly
✓ Training overlaps PST time zone
✓ Comfortable emailing clients
