We're hiring an SEO Manager and an SEO Specialist to join Blue Array.

It's a great time to join the team. Search is changing fast and we're adapting and growing right alongside it, upskilling and investing in AI, building some great in-house tools along the way and getting to work with fantastic clients across SEO and Digital PR who are seeing real results.

SEO Manager: A senior role for someone who already owns client relationships and results. You'll take full strategic ownership of a portfolio of accounts, set and defend the roadmap at senior stakeholder level.

SEO Specialist: A great next step for someone ready to build upon their client-facing skills. You'll manage a portfolio of smaller accounts hands-on (audits, keyword research, backlink analysis, reporting) while supporting our SEO Managers and Directors on our wider client base.

Both roles come with a generous holiday allowance, your birthday off, private medical insurance and gym membership.

Location: Fully remote, UK-based (must have the right to live and work in the UK).

About the Role

You will have an excellent opportunity to enhance your client-facing and relationship management skills while contributing to a variety of projects. You'll work directly with some of our smaller accounts, building meaningful client connections and gaining hands-on industry experience, while also supporting our SEO Managers and SEO Director in delivering successful strategies for our broader client portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable across brands and industries and balances technical expertise with creative thinking. You'll engage in diverse facets of SEO, from audits and keyword research to backlink analysis and reporting.

Please note: We can only consider applicants who have the right to work in the UK and are currently based in the UK, as we cannot offer sponsorship at this time.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, development and social media teams to ensure integrated delivery of SEO objectives.
  • Maintain proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog) to support recommendations and drive results.
  • Stay up to date on SEO developments, trends, and best practices, sharing insights internally and externally through blogs and team sessions.
