SEO Specialist

Lekker Rank is looking for an experienced, technically strong SEO Specialist to work primarily on Dutch client accounts.

We are looking for someone who can independently identify SEO opportunities, solve technical issues, and take ownership of organic performance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct technical SEO audits
• Identify crawling, indexing, site structure, internal linking, and performance issues
• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimisation
• Analyse rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO performance
• Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
• Develop link building strategies
• Translate SEO data into clear actions and recommendations
• Manage multiple Dutch client accounts
• Stay up to date with Google updates, AI search, and changes in the SEO industry

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Ability to diagnose and solve SEO issues independently
• Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, and site architecture
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• A genuine interest in using AI for SEO and already actively exploring or using AI tools to improve SEO workflows, research, analysis, or optimisation
• Fluent English
• Dutch, German, Afrikaans is an advantage
