— Focused on long-term results, not quick fixes
— Genuinely technically expert (not fresh off a 12-week course)
— Thoughtful about SEO in the context of an existing brand and client journey — Experience in professional services, B2B, ideally law firms — not eCommerce or SaaS
— Values-aligned, ideally with B Corp certification, Carbon Balancing, or similar
