The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll have real ownership to:

  • Build end-to-end SEO programs that prioritize business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, market visibility)—not vanity traffic.
  • Work directly with clients to set strategy, earn alignment, and communicate the “why” behind recommendations.
  • Operate at the frontlines of the Search Everywhere era, executing campaigns that span traditional search plus AI visibility (AEO/GEO).
  • Move fast with a high-agency team that values execution, problem-solving (not problem-presenting), and making clients more money.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Client-Facing Communication

  • Build and own end-to-end SEO strategies aligned to B2B growth objectives.
  • Lead strategic client communication, including monthly strategy sessions, quarterly business reviews, and executive-level stakeholder updates.
  • Translate performance into clear, compelling ROI narratives—what changed, why it mattered, and what’s next.
  • Pioneer and evolve AI-era SEO approaches, integrating AI visibility/AEO into the broader program.

Technical Execution 

  • Build and implement internal linking strategies, content strategy plans, link building gap analysis, and more
  • Guide a team of SEOs and specialists to implement your strategic SEO plans 
  • Integrate GA4 and GTM for enhanced tracking and insights
  • Implement advanced schema markup strategies

Client Satisfaction 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of your own clients that you own the work and outcomes for
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients
  • Lead monthly strategic SEO sessions and quarterly business reviews
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for growth
  • Own up to where you are falling short, deliver plans to fix it

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B (in-house or agency)
  • Proven track record of driving organic growth for mid-market and/or enterprise level clients
  • Strong portfolio of successful client relationships and retention
  • Deep understanding of link building, content strategy, and SEO reporting
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and modern SEO tools
  • Experience with LLMs, Claude, and more
  • Excellence in strategic communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail is second to none: if fonts don’t match on a presentation deck, you notice, you care, and you fix it, because the details matter.
