A typical day as a Paid Strategist at Quimby moves quickly — and intentionally.
You start by opening Ads Manager. Before Slack fully wakes up, you’ve already checked pacing across accounts. One campaign is underdelivering. Another is creeping toward fatigue. You make adjustments calmly — budget shifts, audience exclusions, creative swaps — all grounded in data, not instinct.
By mid-morning, you’re reviewing performance trends. You’re not just looking at CTR. You’re watching CAC. You’re watching CPA. You’re asking whether this is a creative issue, an audience issue, or a funnel issue. A client is excited about scaling. You run the numbers before you agree.
Slack is active. A Strategist asks if paid can support an upcoming launch. You collaborate on messaging alignment. Creative drops new assets. You give feedback rooted in performance, not opinion.
You might hop into a client check-in to walk through performance. Not just “here are the numbers,” but “here’s what changed, here’s why, and here’s what we’re doing next.” You are calm. You are clear. You are trusted.

You will manage 6–8 client accounts with budgets typically ranging from $15K–$75K/month.
