Head of Marketing

fonio.ai is hiring a Head of Marketing.
Here’s why this might be one of Europes craziest roles atm:

We’re growing 30–40% MoM.
Goal: €30M ARR this year.

Marketing is our main growth driver.
Current budget: €400k/month.
-> €2M/month by December.

We’re selling to SMBs.
So we need to build fonio like a D2C brand.
Performance marketing, influencers, PR, copywriting, funnel optimization, SEO/GEO, webinars, email, UGC-farms, affiliates, etc.

So if you want to show that it’s possible to build a B2B brand in a Gymshark style, come join us.

We’re looking for someone who has already shown exceptional marketing skills and can lead a fast growing team of 10+ people.

Location: Vienna (preferred), Munich or London
Up to €200.000€ salary + equity
Relocation covered
