Senior Marketing Manager – Music Tech

🌍 Remote | 💷 £42k–£50k DOE | Perm

A fast-growing music-focused growth marketing agency is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns for innovative music tech brands and artists worldwide.

This is a fully remote role combining hands-on paid media, client leadership, and team mentorship, with a strong focus on measurable growth.

The role:

- Own strategy and delivery across key music tech clients
- Lead and mentor a small team
- Run full-funnel paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit
- Manage budgets, performance tracking and optimisation
- Work closely with creative to drive asset performance
- Oversee tracking, feeds, CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Act as a trusted client advisor with clear insights and reporting

👀 Looking for:

- 5+ years in performance / growth marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong people leadership and client management experience
- Proven track record scaling paid media profitably
- Confident with testing, optimisation, analytics and attribution
- Experience with eCommerce, subscription or app-based models
- Genuine interest in music, culture and music tech

Nice to have: TikTok, Snapchat or Reddit Ads, Shopping/Product Feeds, dynamic ecommerce, light creative skills.
