About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for content marketing, social media (exec and brand), and customer/community engagement.
This is a unique and transformative opportunity. You will create a category defining brand through highly creative content, grow our community of raving fans, and build on our successful LinkedIn strategy to fuel word-of-mouth growth.
The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000. Individual compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications.
What you’ll do:
- Content strategy: Work with our Head of Marketing and CEO to create a high-velocity content production strategy to drive brand awareness and cement BrightHire’s position as #1 in our category.
- Content creation: Own end-to-end production of smart, creative and engaging multimedia content that resonates with our community.
- Social media: Leverage our content strategy and harness our community to drive substantial awareness for BrightHire and our co-founders on LinkedIns.
- Community Engagement & Growth: grow, cultivate and tap into our raving fans (customers, advisors, friendlies, etc) to create truly engaging content and visibility on social media to drive our word of mouth flywheel.
- Events Logistics & Support: Support our field marketing strategy by driving event outreach, logistics, and partner coordination.\
- Campaign/launch support: Support product and content marketing launches and recurring email campaigns to prospects and clients by leading project management, copy creation, and campaign execution.
- Analytics and Continuous Iteration: Define success metrics for our content, social and community strategies, rigorously track performance and optimize based on insights.
What you’ll bring:
- 2 - 5 years in a marketing role leading high-velocity, multimedia content creation for multiple channels (social, email, SEO, etc.).
- Proven track record of creating smart, creative, high-performing content across various formats (short form written, long form written, video, audio, etc.).
- Experience building a digital following and community, ideally for a B2B brand.
- High attention to detail, with a track record of successfully managing many priorities simultaneously.
- A strong sense of ownership - able to proactively finding solutions, drive projects forward and find a way to get things done.
- Experience in the HR and Talent space is a plus.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
