Um unsere Vision weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Senior Copywriter*in für Paid Social Ads in Vollzeit (40h/Woche), der/die unsere Copy auf das nächste Level bringt**.**

Deine Mission bei uns

Als Senior Copywriter bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Psychologie und Daten. Du verstehst, was unsere Zielgruppe nachts wachhält, und weißt genau, mit welchem Hook wir sie am Smartphone stoppen.

Aufgaben

• Tiefgreifende Analyse: Du tauchst tief in Kundenrezensionen, Umfragen und Marktpsychologie ein, um messerscharfe Kundenavatare zu erstellen.
• Creative Storytelling: Du konzipierst und schreibst Skripte für High-Performance Video-Ads (UGC, VSLs, etc.) und Bild-Creatives, die nicht nur schön aussehen, sondern verkaufen.
• Data-Driven Creativity: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem Media Buying Team. Du analysierst Thumbstop-Rates und Hold-Rates, interpretierst KPIs und leitest daraus die nächsten Iterationen ab.
• Trend-Scouting: Du hast den Finger am Puls der Zeit, erkennst neue Ad-Formate auf Meta, TikTok & Co. vor allen anderen und adaptierst sie für unsere Brand.

Qualifikation

• Expertise: Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Copywriter oder Creative Strategist im D2C- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld und hast bereits Budgets im 6- oder 7-stelligen Bereich mit deinen Konzepten bewegt.
• Psychologisches Gespür: Du weißt, wie man Emotionen weckt und Schmerzpunkte anspricht, ohne in billige Marktschreierei zu verfallen.
• Agilität: Du liebst das Tempo eines Scale-Ups. "Test & Learn" ist für dich keine Floskel, sondern dein täglicher Antrieb.
• Sprachgefühl: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und verstehst die feinen Nuancen, die ein Skript von "gut" zu "unwiderstehlich" machen.

Under this motto, we at Health Routine develop natural health products that help people feel good at every stage of life. We are a dynamic team of 35 people, working both at our company headquarters in Innsbruck and remotely across Germany and Austria.

To further advance our vision, we are looking for a Senior Copywriter for Paid Social Ads to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) to take our copy to the next level .

Your mission with us

As a Senior Copywriter, you are the link between psychology and data. You understand what keeps our target audience up at night and know exactly which hook to use to stop them from using their smartphones.

Tasks

• In-depth analysis: You delve deep into customer reviews, surveys, and market psychology to create razor-sharp customer avatars.
• Creative Storytelling: You conceptualize and write scripts for high-performance video ads (UGC, VSLs, etc.) and image creatives that not only look good but also sell.
• Data-Driven Creativity: You work hand in hand with our Media Buying Team. You analyze thumbstop and hold rates, interpret KPIs, and derive the next iterations from them.
• Trend scouting: You have your finger on the pulse of the times, recognize new ad formats on Meta, TikTok & Co. before everyone else and adapt them for our brand.

qualification

• Expertise: You have several years of experience as a copywriter or creative strategist in the D2C or e-commerce environment and have already managed budgets in the 6- or 7-figure range with your concepts.
• Psychological insight: You know how to evoke emotions and address pain points without resorting to cheap hype.
• Agility: You love the pace of a scale-up. "Test & Learn" is not just a buzzword for you, but your daily motivation.
• Language sense: You have native-level German skills and understand the subtle nuances that make a script go from "good" to "irresistible".
