Senior Copywriter, and Growth

Location: Remote with infrequent travel as needed, to offices in Plano, TX and Chattanooga, TN

This role sits within RKD Studio, our in-house brand and creative engine. We're seeking a high-caliber Senior Copywriter to own the strategic narratives that determine how RKD competes and wins. This is a high-stakes, high-impact storytelling role, with a primary focus on RFIs, RFPs, and oral presentations—the moments where the quality of the story can make or break a deal.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end narrative development for RFIs, RFPs, and oral presentations, from strategy and structure through to final copy
• Translate complex client challenges, RKD capabilities, and vertical expertise into clear, compelling, and persuasive stories that drive emotional connection
• Structure proposals and presentations to guide evaluators intuitively from problem to solution
• Collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing, Sales, Vertical & Solution leads to build submissions that are both strategically sharp, emotionally connective and visually compelling
• Manage and mentor a Copywriter—setting high standards and creating a strong learning environment
• Develop and maintain a library of core narratives, proof points, case studies and reusable content
• Continuously evolve RKD's storytelling approach based on wins, losses, and market insight

What we're looking for:

• A strong writer with strong writing skills (ideally gained within B2B services) and a desire to grow in a high-performance environment
• Naturally detail-oriented—precise with language, structure, and formatting 
• Able to absorb complex information quickly and translate it into clear, readable content
• Able to manage your own workload and deliver quality work to tight timelines
