Senior Content Strategist

We're looking for senior content strategists to work with us on short-term, contract basis.

The work: going into organisations, running workshops, shaping how they think about content - models, principles, standards, governance - and leaving their teams more capable than you found them. You're not there to deliver. You're there to mentor, facilitate, and influence.

You'll be working independently, with Content Design London behind you. We supply the workshop IP; you make it work for the client.

What we need from you:
* a track record at senior level - you need to be comfortable in difficult stakeholder conversations,
* the ability to read an organisation quickly and work out how it actually functions,
* a coaching mindset - you are there to build capability, not dependency,
* comfort with AI as part of how you work - show us that in your CV, even if you're still developing your approach.
