I recently joined Fridays, and in a short time we’ve seen significant growth. Dr. Sina and Tim have built a high-performing team and now we’re expanding to keep our momentum going!
You’ll work alongside Dr. Sina, Dr. Weiss, Tim, Becky, and me to drive our next phase and help more patients get world class care, fully online.
If you're an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to helping patients get the care they need, we want you on board. We're looking to hire for these remote positions before the end of the year.
(1) Director of Marketing, CRM: Spearhead lifecycle strategies and enhance patient engagement through email, SMS, and in-app channels. Take charge of transitioning CRM operations in house for scalability.
(2) Performance Marketing Manager (New Channels): Drive the launch and growth of new paid acquisition channels beyond Meta and TikTok.
(3) Product Director (Web and App): Guide the patient journey from onboarding to long term retention, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms and communicate with devs daily.
(4) Marketing Operations Coordinator: Keep our growth engine running smoothly by managing campaign setup and QA, trafficking assets, maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating with agencies and vendors, tracking UTMs and pixel events, and supporting reporting and launch checklists.
