Working closely with our Research, Comms and Creative teams, you'll help shape content strategies and contribute to brand development. You'll bring energy and ideas, challenge and strengthen the team's thinking, and turn audience insights into compelling digital and social content. You'll also get stuck in yourself, contributing to ideas, copy, briefs and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Content strategy & brand development: Work with our Research, Creative and Comms teams to help define client brand platforms, positioning and messaging, translating these into content strategies, themes and campaigns that support business and marketing objectives.

- Content management & quality: Oversee the creation, curation, editing and publishing of digital and social content. Provide constructive feedback to ensure work is engaging, accurate, on-brand and platform-optimised.
- Hands-on execution: Translate agreed strategy and ideas into platform-specific delivery. Contribute directly to concepts, copy, scripts and briefs, and support production and publishing when needed.
- Team leadership & delivery: Guide and motivate project teams, delegate effectively and coordinate priorities, workloads, deadlines and approvals.
- Client relationships & presentations: Build trusted relationships with key clients, lead content discussions and present ideas and recommendations clearly.
- KPIs: Take ownership of tracking and reviewing agreed content KPIs, working with the Research & Performance Lab to interpret results and guide the team in improving performance.
- Live & reactive content: Plan and coordinate delivery around live sporting events and emerging opportunities, making timely editorial decisions.
