We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly engaging Senior Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to become the face and voice of our brand across all social channels.
The Role
- On-Camera Face: Host daily short/long-form videos, street-style interviews, and brand features with high energy and authentic hooks.
- End-to-End Production: Concept, script, film, and edit (CapCut, Premiere) native platform content.
- Growth & Strategy: Scale organic communities, master algorithmic trends, and optimize via retention/watch-time analytics.
- Commercial & Outreach: Deliver brief-aligned commercial content and manage influencer/creator partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing brand social channels with proven organic/viral growth.
- Strong mobile cinematography, lighting, and editing chops.
- Data-driven mindset (deep grasp of analytics and performance drivers).
Location & Hours
- Based in South West London (office + on-location shoots).
- Flexible schedule with occasional evenings/weekends for live events or trend-reactive filming.
