Senior Content Creator and Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly engaging Senior Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to become the face and voice of our brand across all social channels.

The Role

• On-Camera Face: Host daily short/long-form videos, street-style interviews, and brand features with high energy and authentic hooks.
• End-to-End Production: Concept, script, film, and edit (CapCut, Premiere) native platform content.
• Growth & Strategy: Scale organic communities, master algorithmic trends, and optimize via retention/watch-time analytics.
• Commercial & Outreach: Deliver brief-aligned commercial content and manage influencer/creator partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing brand social channels with proven organic/viral growth.
• Strong mobile cinematography, lighting, and editing chops.
• Data-driven mindset (deep grasp of analytics and performance drivers).

Location & Hours

• Based in South West London (office + on-location shoots).
• Flexible schedule with occasional evenings/weekends for live events or trend-reactive filming.
