My team at ActiveCampaign is hiring a Senior Manager of SEO/AEO.
This role jumps into a big site with an already established, resourced AEO program to drive results in both traditional and LLM search.
What you'll own:
1. Organic search. Traditional SEO may be past its peak, but there is still a lot of business to win.
2. AEO. Continuing to execute and iterate on the approach that has ActiveCampaign leading against competitors in LLMs.
Youâll be joining Erin's team, a well-resourced group that moves fast. We work with a fantastic AEO agency, have a full in-house content team (+ additional external resources), and have buy-in for your work all the way to the top.

As our next Senior Manager, SEO/AEO, youâll be a critical driver in defining ActiveCampaignâs future of organic growth, pioneering our strategy across traditional search and AI-based search. This means getting hands-on to execute strategic projects, integrating AI and new technologies, and reporting on performance across traditional search and AEO. Your mission is to increase ActiveCampaignâs overall traffic, free trials, conversions, and new business from LLMs and organic search. Youâll provide technical and international guidance for ActiveCampaignâs website, identify opportunities to scale organic business (particularly non-brand organic), execute on those recommendations, and manage reporting. Youâll be joining a team that creates all types of content from blog posts and webinars to email communications, landing pages, and other content for the ActiveCampaign website. This role offers the rare opportunity to blend deep technical execution with high-level strategy, granting you the autonomy to define and deliver a global, cross-channel organic search program.
$ 158,040 - 184,380 (per year salary)
