PRAXTION is seeking an execution-focused Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator to support core marketing and communications activities across multiple channels. This role is fully remote and ideal for a digital marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience who is comfortable operating in a structured, AI-enabled environment.

The role is responsible for day-to-day execution across six functional areas: social media, newsletters, CEO thought leadership content, LinkedIn advertising support, webinar/event branding, and webinar promotion. Strategic direction, messaging priorities, and final approvals will be provided. This role is accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery against defined processes and timelines.

Role Overview

Praxtion is seeking an execution-focused Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator to support core marketing and communications activities across multiple channels. This role is fully remote and ideal for a digital marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience who is comfortable operating in a structured, AI-enabled environment.

The role is responsible for day-to-day execution across six functional areas: social media, newsletters, CEO thought leadership content, LinkedIn advertising support, webinar/event branding, and webinar promotion. Strategic direction, messaging priorities, and final approvals will be provided. This role is accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery against defined processes and timelines.

Functional Coverage

The role supports execution across the following six functional areas:

  1. Social media management
  2. Newsletter production and distribution
  3. CEO thought leadership articles
  4. LinkedIn ads management (execution support)
  5. Webinar and event branding assets
  6. Webinar and event promotion

Key Responsibilities

Content & Communications Execution

  • Manage and maintain a structured social media content calendar (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Draft, schedule, and publish social media posts in alignment with provided guidance
  • Create and distribute monthly email newsletters using approved templates and tools
  • Draft bi-weekly CEO thought leadership articles using AI tools and executive POV inputs

Campaigns, Ads & Promotion

  • Support basic LinkedIn ad setup, monitoring, and light optimization (not a senior media buyer role)
  • Assist with webinar and event promotion across social and email channels
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure assets are delivered on schedule

Design & Creative Assets

  • Produce social, email, and webinar/event creative assets using Canva
  • Coordinate branding assets for webinars and events (banners, headers, social visuals)
  • Ensure visual consistency with established brand guidelines

Reporting & Process Adherence

  • Track basic performance metrics across social, email, and campaigns
  • Compile simple monthly performance summaries
  • Follow documented SOPs and contribute to process improvements where appropriate

Tools, Platforms & AI Stack

Candidates must be comfortable working with the following tools:

AI & Content Creation (Critical)

  • ChatGPT – drafting, ideation, rewriting, and content acceleration

Social Media

  • LinkedIn – post formatting, scheduling, and engagement monitoring
  • Taplio, Hootsuite, or similar tools – content scheduling and calendar management

Email Marketing

  • Mailchimp – newsletter creation, formatting, and distribution

Design & Creative

  • Canva Pro – social graphics, email assets, webinar and event branding

Workflow & Reporting

  • Teams – content calendars, SOPs, and task tracking
  • Shield Analytics and/or native LinkedIn analytics – performance tracking
  • MS Office Suite / Excel – basic reporting

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or social media roles
  • Strong written English with the ability to refine executive-level content
  • High comfort level working with AI tools (ChatGPT)
  • Hands-on experience with Canva and email marketing platforms
  • Basic paid social advertising experience (execution support level)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to execute independently while following clear direction
