Position Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about search engine optimisation, enjoys working with data, and has proven experience leading SEO projects and collaborating with team members.

As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, improve search rankings, and drive qualified traffic & leads for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and identify opportunities for new and existing content.
• Perform technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and other industry-leading tools.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content writers to optimise existing content and create new SEO-focused content.
• Work closely with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay up to date with Google’s algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to improving internal SEO processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent English
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
• Previous experience working as a Team Leader or leading SEO projects and teams will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience using SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
