1. Senior Video Editor.

You have been on YouTube for a while. Gets long-form video editing. You love solving (AVD). You are obsessed with every part of the process - the design system, the hook, the animation styles, music design & YouTube analytics.

2. Script Writer.

You get short-form writing. Your YT/ IG feed looks like a video format research library. You obsess about finding the right angle to a story, obsess about helping the audience learn something through true (edutainment). You follow niche creators who are doing cool content on IG/ YT & think they are underrated. You look at a short/reel and start dissecting it in your head. (DM me your best work) [click apply]

3. YouTube Lead.

You have done YouTube for a living. Have you scaled a channel before? You understand the territory GrowthX YouTube channel is in - you have identified the levers. You get what it will take to take the breakdown IP to become the largest in the country. You aspire to launch Breakdown IP with Netflix.
