What we're looking for:
- Experience managing aged Reddit accounts
- A strong understanding of subreddit rules and communities
- Experience with Reddit posting, engagement, and community participation
- Knows how to contribute genuinely and add value without being spammy
- Previous Reddit marketing or community experience is a plus
