Role Description
Banzai is looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. This high-impact, highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to serve marketers—while bringing the valuable perspective of being one yourself.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between product development and marketing by clearly communicating product value and driving adoption—specifically for Banzai’s video-related products.
Success in this role includes:
- Developing effective marketing strategies to showcase product features and benefits
- Conducting market research on industry trends and competitive products
- Leading and supporting all go-to-market (GTM) efforts
What Success Looks Like
Success Outcome: Increase Awareness & Revenue
- Lead product marketing efforts for Banzai’s video-related product launches, driving awareness and adoption of new and existing features. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): product release notes, training content and demos, email campaigns, blog and social media content, videos, and more.
- Develop compelling, industry-specific messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the product in the market.
- Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to better understand product usage and buyer personas, uncovering new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain support tools, including the customer knowledge base.
- Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams with the resources needed to effectively engage prospects and support customers, including the development of enablement materials.
- Work closely with product and go-to-market (GTM) teams to shape product vision, define positioning, and align strategy from development through launch.
- Measure campaign performance, identify what’s working, and propose improvements to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation to identify and execute optimization opportunities, including testing new channels.
- Fully integrate into the Banzai Marketing playbook to leverage existing demand gen, product, and content campaigns for maximum impact.
- Take ownership of KPIs, providing clear, consistent reporting—and bringing enthusiasm to the process.
- Act as a champion of Banzai’s voice, tone, and brand. We believe brand starts from within, and your buy-in is essential.
- Serve as a go-to marketing resource for the Banzai team. As a marketer at a MarTech company, you’ll lead by example—we walk the talk here.
Desired Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- A deep sense of empathy paired with curiosity. We want you to ask questions about why things are the way they are, break stuff (in order to put it back together better than it was before), and do it all with a focus on serving our customers, and our team members.
- Embodies the values of learning, serving others, game changing, and 10,000 years (we want your friends to say “oh yes! I ALWAYS think of them when I think of those values”)
- You are focused on results, and use data to validate your assumptions.
- You’re a people person. You thrive on building and developing trusting, valuable, business relationships.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management - preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and SEMRush or Ahrefs.
- You can manage cross-functional projects without waiting for step-by-step instructions
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills with a knack for uncovering compelling narratives.
- Ability to work in EST time zone is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
