This role is for someone who lives and breathes content, understands what actually works on social media, and can turn long-form podcast conversations into growth across platforms.

We’re looking for a highly creative, growth-focused content strategist to own podcast-led growth across YouTube, short-form platforms, and LinkedIn. This role is strategy-first. No editing required.

Core responsibilities

  • Own content-led growth across podcast, YouTube, short-form, and LinkedIn
  • Identify high-potential podcast guests based on relevance, audience overlap, and growth opportunity
  • Review long-form podcast episodes and identify high-impact moments for:
    • Short-form clips
    • Episode trailers
    • Promotional hooks
  • Select exact timestamps for clips and trailers
  • Develop titles and hooks, including:
    • YouTube video titles
    • Short-form clip titles
    • Trailer headlines
  • Shape creative direction for short-form content (structure, pacing, emphasis, on-screen text ideas)
  • Turn long-form conversations into platform-native LinkedIn posts (insight-led, not transcript dumps)
  • Create and manage the content schedule across platforms
  • Review performance data and feedback to iterate and improve content strategy over time
  • Stay deeply plugged into what’s working right now across social platforms and formats
