What you need to have/be:

1. This is a partner opportunity, meaning if you're a freelancer/SME who can devote at least 4-5 hours a day after you've accepted a project then this is for you. If you're in a full-time job and moonlight over late nights on weekdays or weekends, then this is not for you.
2. Experience with creating curriculum products in the specified subject area.
3. Ability to work remotely with a team spread across India and other timezones
4. Passion for creating impactful learning products
5. If you're someone who thinks and cares about how children learn
