Organic Growth Strategist

We're hiring an Organic Growth Strategist at SaaStorm (€60k–€80k salary + bonuses).

SaaStorm is growing fast - and we’re hiring for 1–2 Organic Growth Strategists to keep delivery sharp, clients happy, and our systems rock-solid.

* It's a full-time remote role for candidates based in EU/UK.

What you’ll be doing:

→ Own organic growth for 3-4 B2B SaaS clients
→ Build SEO + content roadmaps tied to pipeline & MRR
→ Ship strategy with writers, linkbuilders, design & dev
→ Run SEO/LLMO/GEO experiments (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
→ Track performance across Google + AI (and act on it)

Ideal person for this role:

→ 3+ years owning B2B SaaS SEO + content
→ Confident with Semrush, GSC, ClickUp
→ Juggle multiple accounts without slipping
→ Data-led: spot patterns, find causes, take action
→ Fix broken systems proactively
→ Energised by AI search (Google still matters)
→ Bonus: AI workflows/automation + content engineering
