The role

You'll lead every editorial team across Nova Scotia, from the Halifax and Cape Breton papers to rural community titles and a politics bureau, setting editorial standards and content strategy to grow audience. You report to the company's Vice-President of News for Medium and Regional Markets, and manage staffing, performance and labour relations remotely within Nova Scotia.
