Medical Writer

We are currently hiring for a Manager – Medical Writing & Review for a Global Pharmaceutical client.
This role requires a strong blend of scientific expertise, medical review judgment, and hands-on experience managing promotional review workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature searches and synthesize scientific evidence to support medical and promotional content

• Lead medical writing and review across a wide range of deliverables including slide decks, manuscripts, scientific summaries, digital assets, and HCP materials

• Perform medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials across therapeutic areas

• Manage end-to-end workflows in Veeva Vault PromoMats

• Annotate and tag references supporting claims in scientific and promotional materials

• Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) stakeholders to address review comments and ensure compliant communication

• Conduct literature searches using databases such as PubMed, Embase, Google Scholar, etc. to prepare executive summaries and support scientific queries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD, M.Pharm or equivalent)

• Experience in global pharma MLR review processes

• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats asset management

• Strong understanding of evidence evaluation and scientific communication

• Experience reviewing promotional and medical education materials for HCP audiences
