MARKETING MANAGER
Arts, Entertainment & Cultural Attractions

Carol Fox & Associates (CF&A) is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a diverse roster of arts, entertainment, cultural, hospitality, and experiential clients.

The ideal candidate has direct experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, attendance, audience engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This individual will serve as the lead marketing contact for assigned clients while overseeing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned clients.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans that support attendance, ticket sales, audience development, and brand awareness goals.
  • Present marketing recommendations, campaign updates, and results to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing team members as appropriate.
  • Manage client workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate efforts with PR, social media, influencer, creative, and digital advertising teams.

Marketing Planning & Execution

The Marketing Manager should have experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing a combination of:

  • Digital advertising
  • Traditional advertising
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing and CRM campaigns
  • Promotions and partnerships
  • Audience development initiatives
  • Event and experiential marketing
  • Content marketing and storytelling
  • Campaign analytics and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing one or more of the following:
    • Performing arts organizations
    • Live entertainment and touring productions
    • Museums and cultural institutions
    • Attractions and immersive experiences
    • Hospitality
    • Tourism
    • Destination-related organizations
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
