Marketing Manager

We're hiring at Evolve!

We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team, here in Shrewsbury.

Someone who gets social, loves working and communicating with clients, and wants to be part of something that's genuinely building momentum.

This isn't a "post and pray" role. You'll own client relationships, lead campaigns from brief to results, and work alongside our creative team to deliver work that actually performs.

If you've got 2+ years in a client-facing marketing or agency role, a strong feel for what works on social, and you thrive when things move fast, I want to hear from you.

We're a small but ambitious team. We care about the work, we move quickly, and we back our people. Hybrid setup, 3 days in our Shrewsbury office, genuine flexibility, and a culture where your ideas matter from day one.
