Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Copywriter is based in Calgary, AB, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Marketing Copywriter will be responsible for crafting engaging marketing copy for various platforms, developing compelling web content, and supporting digital marketing and content campaigns. This role involves brainstorming, writing, and optimizing content to align with both brand voice and marketing objectives while collaborating closely with the team to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Copy and Writing skills to craft clear and impactful messages
  • Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing to contribute to campaigns and audience engagement
  • Passion for social media and an ability to tell stories for a variety of brands on various platforms that engage and promote community growth
  • Web Content Writing expertise to produce website copy that resonates with users and drives action
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability in language and tone
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for teamwork in a hybrid working environment
  • Understanding of SEO and its application in content creation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus, but knowing how to write well beats all degrees
