Title: Content Strategist

Location: Remote US

WHO WE ARE

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Content Strategist to join our talented marketing team. This role you will contribute to establishing and elevating our brand voice, driving thought leadership and creating compelling content across all stages of the buyer journey. Working under the guidance of marketing leadership, you will translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our target personas while ensuring our brand dominates the search results for our category and positions us as an industry leader. The ideal candidate is a proactive researcher and a versatile writer who is eager to develop their professional expertise in a fast-paced B2B environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates content for every stage of the buyer journey from brand awareness to advocacy, including but not limited to thought leadership, webinar abstracts, website copy, social and paid media, ad copy and website copy.
  • Partners with the Product and Demand teams to learn technical features and translate them into  benefit-driven stories. 
  • Acts as a champion  of the brand voice, ensuring content is consistent with established brand guidelines and tailored to target personas. 
  • Organizes content into "Pillar Strategies" (broad product overviews) and "Cluster Content" (niche articles that answer specific user questions) to build brand awareness and authority through SEO best practices.
  • Performs regular audits of the existing content library to identify and refresh "decaying" content.
  • Researches forward thinking topics including by not limited to: AI, compensation, sales performance and process, incentives, forecasting, etc., to help team stay ahead of market trends and infuse fresh perspectives into our content. 
  • Can be flexed to support internal or product content needs as assigned

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in content creation, writing, and strategy, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality content across various formats (guides, articles, web copy, social media, etc.).
  • Foundational knowledge of search engine content optimization (SEO) best practices and how to implement them to drive organic traffic.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical or industry-specific topics and translate them into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Strong editorial mindset with an ability to anticipate audience needs and align content to business objectives.

Applications will be accepted only for those currently residing in the posted country for this role. There is no expectation of approval for an international relocation for this job.

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. 

A reasonable range estimate is $66,000 to $82,000 plus applicable bonus.
