The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Strategist to lead and evolve our content system across social media, landing pages, and podcasts — with SEO and web content as secondary areas of focus.

Your mission: design AI-powered, scalable content systems that deliver high-impact assets across channels. You'll transform our brand into a growth flywheel that attracts, educates, and converts — with speed, creativity, and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Content Strategy: Plan and manage rolling 30-day editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand priorities.
• AI Workflows: Use and train others on tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, and Clearscope to streamline research, drafting, and editing.
• Social & Ads: Create mobile-first content such as reels, carousels, short-form scripts, and both paid and organic assets.
• Landing Pages: Build conversion-optimized page frameworks that support lead generation and campaign goals.
• Podcasts & Video: Script and repurpose long-form thought leadership into reels, video snippets, and shareable clips.
• SEO & Web Copy (Secondary): Support blog content, case studies, and partner website refreshes.
• Editorial Leadership: Build and enforce tone-of-voice guidelines, mentor writers/editors, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track key KPIs like reach, conversions, production speed, and editorial acceptance.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with PMs, designers, video producers, and Customer Success.

Your First 90 Days

• Audit existing content and finalize new systems and frameworks.
• Launch the editorial calendar and briefing templates.
• Publish 40+ content assets across social, landing pages, and podcasts.
• Ship at least one complete internal or external podcast/video script.
• Improve overall content production speed by 30% vs. the current baseline.

Success Looks Like

• Social reach and engagement grow by 25% month-over-month.
• Landing pages convert above industry benchmarks.
• 15+ podcast/video episodes are produced and repurposed into social content.
• Editorial acceptance rate remains at or above 95%.
• Content is shipped within 5 business days from brief to publish.
• AI workflows are integrated into 90% or more of content production.

What We're Looking For

You Must Have

• Proven experience in multi-channel content strategy, with a strong emphasis on social, landing pages, and podcasting.
• Excellent copywriting and scripting skills; you write like a human, not a template.
• Working knowledge of SEO and website content strategy.
• Confidence using and teaching AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization.
• Strong editorial leadership skills, including tone/voice development, playbooks, and mentoring.
• Excellent async communication and collaboration skills using tools like Notion, Asana, and Slack.

• You're a “blog-only” content strategist stuck in long-form SEO content.
• You need extended timelines and struggle to meet short sprint deadlines.
• You resist AI, automation, or experimentation in content creation.
• You're a task-taker waiting for instructions; we need owners.
• You struggle with remote-first, async work environments.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience working in fast-growing, async-first remote teams.
• Have built a podcast or video content system from scratch.
• Have managed freelance content teams or editorial partners.
• Can show measurable content-driven results (engagement, leads, conversion).
• Understand how brand voice and performance goals work together.
