Marketing and Content Associate

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Associate at Sleepy Owl Coffee.

This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career (~2 years) who’s a strong storyteller and writer, enjoys turning ideas into campaigns, scripts, website copy, packaging, and social content, and is comfortable breaking problems down and building communication from a clear consumer point of view.

You’ll work closely with me and a lean marketing team, writing creative briefs and helping bring static and video assets to life by coordinating with designers, video partners, and cross-functional teams. It’s not a narrow social role — you’ll have real responsibility over how the brand shows up across channels.

✨ What You’ll Work On:
-Create and shape content across brand, product, and campaign touchpoints
-Turn ideas into clear narratives, scripts, and creative briefs
-Support launches, website communication, performance content, quick commerce and marketplaces
-Help bring static and video assets to life by working with internal teams and partners

🎯 We’re Looking for Someone With:
-Experience in marketing, content, or brand roles
-Strong writing and storytelling skills
-A consumer-first mindset and attention to detail
-Comfort working in a high-ownership, hands-on environment

This is not a narrow social media role—you’ll have real responsibility in shaping how the brand communicates across platforms.
