Hi friends! I'm looking to build a longterm relationship with a freelancer who wants to grow their marketing skillset. Join the small but mighty Fisk Brand & Copy team (which is really just me, my dog Ranger, and a rad collaborative of local freelancers, business owners, agencies, and creatives who we partner with regularly).

This position would start small with 5-10 hours a week of commitment, but would likely grow as we grow. I'm looking for someone Boise-based so we can collaborate and meet with clients in person. Position Overview

We’re looking for a freelance Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our small but growing team. This is a flexible, hybrid position starting at around 5–10 hours per week with the opportunity to grow. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

  • Write content and copy for various marketing channels (social media, email, website, etc.)
  • Create social media content and manage posting schedules
  • Draft and format email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with client communication and project coordination

Administrative Support:

  • Help schedule meetings and take notes during client calls
  • Prepare client-facing documents, including proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Track expenses, manage invoicing, and process payments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have marketing and administrative experience and a desire to learn and grow. You’ll also be comfortable working remotely with availability for occasional in-person meetings and workdays. 

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and project management systems
