I’m hiring a Marketing & Content Manager (LinkedIn + Email).

💼 Part-time contract (with option to grow to full-time)
💰 £2,000–£2,500/month
🌍 Remote (UK/EU timezone preferred)

We’ve built the offer.
We’ve built the sales machine.
Now we’re scaling attention.

I write most of my own LinkedIn posts—and I’ll keep doing that.

But what I need is someone who can take the founder-led content engine we’ve built and:

• Polish + schedule 14+ posts/week
• Repurpose evergreen content into short-form, carousels, emails
• Coordinate our video editor and graphic designer
• Own the marketing calendar
• Manage basic CRM/email (we use Go High Level + ConvertKit)
• Track weekly performance (reach, leads, email CTR, etc.)
• Keep the whole system humming

This isn’t a “just-post-stuff” job. It’s a marketing operator role.

You’ll be the system behind my voice.

Job Title: Content Marketing Manager (LinkedIn + Email Ops)

Location: Remote (UK/Europe preferred for time zones)

Type: Part-Time Contract 20-30 hours a week (with option to grow to Full-Time)

Comp: £2,000–£2,500/month to start + performance bonus


🧠 ABOUT US

We run a growing consulting business that helps coaches and consultants generate leads, make sales, and deliver results at scale. We’ve built the team, the offer, and the systems—now we’re ready to scale attention and acquisition.

Our content engine is working. We write our own LinkedIn posts (we enjoy it), we record video regularly, and we have a sales team turning eyeballs into buyers.

What we don’t have is the operator who builds the machine around the content—that’s where you come in.


🎯 THE ROLE

You’ll own the content system—not the ideas. We’ve got the ideas. Your job is to organize, polish, publish, track, and grow our presence across LinkedIn and email.

This is a marketing ops role. You’re the integrator who makes the founder’s content compound.


🛠 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 📅 Content Management
    • Polish + schedule LinkedIn posts written by the founder
    • Maintain and organize weekly content calendar
    • Repurpose old posts into evergreen backlog
    • Coordinate video + graphics from raw footage to finished asset
    • Responding to comments on post to boost performance
  • 📨 Email Ops
    • Coordinate with freelance copywriter (or write if you can)
    • Manage weekly nurture + launch emails
    • Build basic automations, tags, and lists in ConvertKit (or similar)
  • 📊 Analytics & Reporting
    • Track performance (views, clicks, leads, email CTR)
    • Suggest improvements and run small tests
    • Pull top 5 posts every month and help us do more of what’s working
  • 🤝 Team Coordination
    • Manage editor (video clips, reels)
    • Oversee freelance copywriter, designer, and VA
    • Keep everyone on time and on brand

✅ YOU ARE…

  • Experienced with LinkedIn content (personal brand)
  • Obsessed with systems, content ops, and clean execution
  • Fluent in tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, Buffer, Taplio, or similar
  • Familiarity with Go High Level (or similar CRMs like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, ConvertKit) is a plus. You’ll be managing basic contact records, email campaigns, and list segments inside our system - no funnel building required.
  • Self-managing, proactive, and detail-obsessed
