Content Lead

Role Overview:

The Lead Content Creator owns our content strategy and production engine to drive pipeline and brand authority in the U.S. market.
 You will translate deep cybersecurity expertise into compelling stories that convert—from C-suite thought leadership to SEO-driven demand content.
 This is a high-impact, player-coach role where you’ll craft the narrative, manage creators, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Leadership – Build and execute a U.S.-focused content roadmap that aligns with revenue and product goals.
  • Full-Funnel Content Creation – Produce and oversee blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email nurtures, video scripts, and webinar assets optimized for lead generation and ABM campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership – Collaborate with executives, product managers, and security researchers to publish authoritative viewpoints on MDR, SaaS security, and compliance trends.
  • SEO & Analytics – Partner with SEO and Demand Gen teams to set KPIs (traffic, MQLs, SQLs) and continually optimize for performance.
  • Team Management – Hiring, onboarding,mentor, and direct a small team of writers, and freelancers; hiring and onboarding 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with Product, Design, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless buyer journeys.
  • Creative Storytelling – Produce engaging social media posts, LinkedIn newsletters, memes, and in-app copy (messages, tooltips, UX text) that amplify brand voice and strengthen user experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating content that drives measurable pipeline growth in the U.S. market.
  • Advanced English writing and editing skills with a portfolio of high-impact long-form and campaign assets.
  • Strong grasp of SEO strategy, marketing analytics, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Experience leading or mentoring a content team or managing external contributors.
  • Ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, business-oriented narratives for C-level audiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with ABM tactics and demand-generation workflows.
  • Video/podcast production or advanced visual storytelling skills.
