Junior Marketing Associate

I am hiring a Junior Marketing Associate at Tochy’s POV! 🎯

If you have 2–3 years of experience, a creative streak, and a knack for bullying people (lovingly 😭) into taking their personal brands seriously, I want you on my team.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
Someone with great work ethics; reliable, proactive, and genuinely hungry to grow.
You don’t have to know it all; it’s still early in your career. Just come ready to learn and improve fast.

I’ll invest in you; pay for books, courses, and anything else that helps you level up as long as you’ll actually sit down and study!

A few things to note:
You’ll be my first full-time contractor, so you’ll be working closely with me as we build this from the ground up.

The role is mostly remote (with possible in-person work twice a month).

Compensation: ₦250,000/month

I’ll also cover the cost of at least one professional course within your first 6 months and if you are here after 6months, we’d figure out an L&D allowance.

HMO isn’t sorted yet, but I’m looking into options for January.

I know it’s not the biggest offer out there but this is the start of something I’m deeply passionate about, and I’d love to grow with someone who believes in the vision too.
