EarnIn is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to establish and scale internal communications as a core function of the Communications team. This role will own the strategy, systems, and execution of global internal communications to drive employee engagement, leadership alignment, cultural connection, and operational clarity across a growing, global workforce.As EarnIn continues to scale, internal communications has become a critical lever for aligning employees to company strategy, strengthening trust in leadership, and fostering a shared sense of purpose. This role will partner closely with Executive Leadership, People, and cross-functional BU leaders to translate business priorities into clear, consistent, and engaging narratives that reach all employees - wherever they are.This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on building foundational infrastructure, enabling leadership communication, and creating two-way feedback loops that improve engagement, retention, and connection.
This is a 6 month contract position, 20-30 hours per week. This role is hybrid- with the expectation of working from our offices in Mountain View 2 days per week. Hourly salary range $50.00-$75.00.
