Instagram Content Lead

Kanso is hiring a Content Lead!

We're looking to bring on a creator / social media manager to work on organic growth, specifically building out our IG reels / brand (@unplugwithkanso).

We're building Kanso to be the pre-eminent brand people think of when it comes to presence, curbing the loneliness epidemic, and reducing excessive device dependence.

That means creating additive, educational, and lifestyle content around those themes with the main goal of expanding our top of funnel.

The role (part-time to start) is a mix of strategy, scriptwriting, editing, and content creation, both on and off camera.

You must:

- be comfortable speaking on camera
- have proof of growing your own page or brand through organic reels
- have high standards. you're allergic to average work and AI scriptwriting
- love the craft of creating & editing as much as the data & strategy behind it
- understand the importance of speed and good communication
- eager to take on more growth related work as the role grows
