The Role

This is an extremely unique role

You will work directly with Sol to grow his personal brand across Instagram and YouTube - with a focus on:

  • Winning the attention game - creating a defining brand in the online space
  • Vlogs and real-life storytelling - Behind the Diary Style
  • Attention-first creative strategy

There are two stages to this role:

Stage 1: Operator / Creator

  • Travel with Sol to events and locations globally
  • Film, edit and publish content (not just you editing)
  • Brainstorm, test and execute viral ideas
  • Act as Sol’s second brain for content

Stage 2: Leader / Director - 6/12 months in

  • Lead and manage the media team (editors + copywriters)
  • Build systems for high-volume output (100+ posts/week)
  • Own content performance across platforms
  • Direct creative strategy at a brand level

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build one of the biggest personal brands in the online business space.


Responsibilities

1) Content Creation & Execution

  • Film and edit content (especially vlogs)
  • Turn real-life moments into engaging, viral content
  • Maintain speed over perfection

2) Creative Strategy

  • Research trends, formats and winning ideas
  • Develop new “viral containers” and repeatable formats
  • Constantly test and iterate based on performance

3) Brand Growth & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with Sol to scale audience growth
  • In stage 2: lead editors and content team
  • Ensure content output remains high-volume and high-impact

  • Being fun to work with
  • Growth of Instagram & YouTube audience
  • Views, reach and engagement across content
  • Organisation - creative yet structured
  • Number of viral / breakout pieces of content
  • Contribution to inbound leads and brand awareness
