Growth Marketing

Noble is hiring our first full-time marketer!

But before you apply, here's what you need to know...

Working at an early-stage startup isn't for everyone:

– Plans change, and you have to be adaptable
– You're working with a lot of unknown factors
– You do things that are outside of your job description
– You have to be more vigilant & creative with your time/resources

But for some people (like myself), working at these companies is hugely rewarding:

– You have a significant impact on the success of the business
– You get to learn about the business (not just marketing)
– You get to learn a lot faster
– Your equity stake is significantly more meaningful

If that's you and that sounds exciting, then let me tell you more about the opportunity at Noble.

In November, I joined Rahul Jain and the team as the fractional marketing leader, and we officially launched the product to the public.

Since then, it's been well received, and companies like Pavilion, Cognism, Demandbase, and others are seeing phenomenal results.

Now, we're looking to hire our first full-time marketer.

The team here is great.
The product is great and evolving quickly.
We have happy customers.

Now, it's time to open the floodgates.

Head of Growth

📍 Remote, North America | Full-time

Are you a growth-obsessed, experiment-running, AI-powered marketer who lives for figuring out what actually moves the needle. We’re Noble (thatsnoble.com), a scrappy seed stage B2B marketing and sales tech startup, and we’re on the hunt for our very first full-time marketing hire.

The Jist

Buyers backchannel to find and evaluate new products. This is the fastest-growing B2B sales channel, and brands are MIA. Noble shows buyers a product’s happy customers they know so they can quickly get recommendations from users they trust. Brands can’t stop buyers from backchanneling, but they can steer them.Noble can be added to outbound emails, cold call scripts, ads, review sites, website, and other top-of-funnel assets to book more demos and accelerate sales. That’s Noble.

So far, we’ve primarily been growing through influencer-led campaigns - creators on LinkedIn showing off Noble on our customers’ sites - and growth loops within the product itself. It’s working. But we need someone who can take this to the next level, build a repeatable engine, and unlock new channels.

This is not a role for someone who wants to "manage agencies" or "build slide decks." We’re looking for a technical, hands-on, AI-fluent growth leader who can design smart experiments, craft great messaging, test new audiences, and execute a high-volume outbound email program - all while having fun figuring out what works.

You’ll join a small but mighty founding team of 5, supported by talented freelance and fractional startup professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Messaging & Positioning – Help us nail the who, what, and why so we’re speaking directly to the right ICP.
  • Targeting the Right People – You know how to find, segment, and reach our ideal buyers.
  • Experimenting Relentlessly – Run tests, measure results, and double down on what works. You’ll design and run at least one growth experiment per week, track metrics and report findings to the team.
  • Content That Gets Attention – Develop unique, scroll-stopping content that makes people think, “I need to check this out.” Launch and promote 3-4 new content pieces per month.
  • Outbound Email at Scale – Launch and optimize high-volume cold outbound campaigns that actually get responses.
  • Partnerships & Collabs – Find creative ways to work with influencers, communities, partners and platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use data to drive a majority of your decisions. Setup tracking systems, measure results and optimize.

What Makes You a Great Fit

✅ You’ve been a Head of Demand Gen (or similar) at a B2B startup for at least 2-3 years and have built scrappy, effective growth programs.
✅ You’re highly technical - you don’t just strategize; you execute using modern marketing and AI tools.

✅ You’re outcome driven - obsessed with finding strategies that directly drive revenue, pipeline, and measurable business impact.

✅ You’re familiar with PLG and growth loops - this doesn’t have to be a core competency but it’s one of the strongest ways we’ll grow.
✅ You thrive in early-stage startups where speed > process.
✅ You have a strong grasp of B2B marketing fundamentals, but you’re not tied to traditional playbooks.
✅ You love testing new things - you’re constantly experimenting and iterating.
✅ You know how to scale outbound email without it feeling spammy.
✅ You’re fun, smart, and a little unconventional - just like us.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Make a Huge Impact – You’ll be our first full-time marketing hire and shape how Noble grows.
  • Use the Coolest Tools – Hubspot, Webflow, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo and other modern growth tools..
  • Learn from the Best – Tap into and collaborate with our marketing advisory board, made up of top B2B marketing minds who have led marketing at organizations like Metadata, Chili Piper, Cognism and Demandbase.
  • Fast-Paced & Experimental – We move quickly, test aggressively, and have zero red tape.
  • Competitive salary (~$175k-$200k OTE), meaningful equity, unlimited PTO, health insurance and other great benefits.
  • Fully Remote & Flexible – Work from anywhere in North America, as long as you get sh*t done.
