About the role:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Distribution Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our life insurance distribution channels. This role will focus on engaging key partners to drive the growth of Life Insurance and Annuity products. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance distribution marketing, strong B2B marketing expertise, and a passion for leveraging digital and traditional strategies to increase market penetration and sales performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies to support the recruitment, engagement, and retention of distribution partners.
- Distribution Partner Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns, materials, and initiatives to enhance partner experience and drive production.
- Content & Collateral Development: Oversee the creation of sales enablement tools, digital assets, thought leadership content, and educational materials to empower distribution partners.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement data-driven marketing campaigns to attract and onboard new agents and distributors, utilizing digital marketing, email automation, webinars, and events.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company’s value proposition and resonates with B2B audiences.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Leverage SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to amplify reach and engagement with target audiences.
- Event & Conference Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies around industry conferences, roadshows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and partner networking.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Competitive & Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to adapt marketing approaches accordingly.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the life insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, including IUL and Annuities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Experience working with independent agent distribution, IMOs, and broker-dealer networks.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Everly offers a competitive salary and as a full-time employee you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:
- Employees are eligible for an annual incentive bonus designed to reward for performance.
- The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $120,000 - $153,000.
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and will be reflected in the candidate’s offer letter.
